At Meat Church BBQ, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear and seasonings; however, due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on unused apparel and accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a non-food product, such as apparel or hardware, and remains in its original, unwashed, and unused condition.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the RMA slip inside the box before shipping it back to our Texas warehouse using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
