How long will it take for my order to ship?
We typically process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. During peak holiday seasons or major product launches, processing time may extend to 5-7 business days.
Do your BBQ rubs contain gluten or MSG?
Most of our rubs are gluten-free and contain no MSG. Please check the individual product pages for specific ingredient lists and allergen warnings to ensure they meet your dietary needs.
What is your return policy on food products?
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on food items, including rubs and sauces. If your order arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
